Here at Pyle of list we know the pull of Fantasy Football. We are also champions. That’s right PoL is defending one league championship and the majority of us have extensive experience in the FF world.

Well nowadays it seems any idiot with a couple of minutes and a space to answer a few questions can be a Fantasy expert. Well…we’re any idiot, we have a couple of minutes and Pyle of List provides us with some space so we’ve decided to throw our hat into the expert ring with our own brand of advise. Feel free to e-mail us at philguard@pyleoflist.com for your fantasy questions. Our first question comes from Frank in Albuquerque . Frank writes -I have LT but I’m thinking this toe injury might have more to it. This guy in my league has offered me Matt Forte and Felix Jones for LT and Ernest Graham. What do you guys think?

Philguard: Sounds awesome. In fact, do you have anyone else on your team that’s on that all important can’t cut list you can dump? Here’s a great rule of thumb…any time a player doesn’t perform to your standards in a given week, immediately find a way to get rid of him. The higher you drafted them the quicker you have to move. If anything, I think you might be getting extra value for LT. Let’s face it, two bad weeks absolutely means the entire season is trashed for him. And Forte and Felix are rookies, you know what that means. This success they are having in the first couple of weeks is a perfect indicator for the rest of the season. And this will be an extra good deal for you if it’s a keeper league.

Kelly from Houston asks -I’ve gone 0-2. I was relying on the Bengals offense to rebound this year and drafted Palmer, TJ and Ocho Cinco but they haven’t been performing. Do I abandon my strategy this early in the year?

Lunchbox: Well Kelly, how do you plan on abandoning your draft strategy at this point in the season?  I could be wrong, but I think you’ve already drafted.  It’s a little late for that, doofus.  For starters, you should hit yourself in the face a couple of times for coming up with that draft strategy.  My dog has better ideas than you, and she licks her own butt to pass the time.  Second, you should try offloading your dead weight in a trade with the most green owner in your league.  They always fall for stupid trades.  They’re just excited that someone wants to trade with them.  If that sad sack happens to be you…well…maybe you should think about finding another hobby.  Like bocce ball.

To round out the week Derek from Lawton, NV has this question -My buddies are telling me to start Eddie Royal who’s had a really hot streak in the first two weeks over TO since he went cold in the second half of Monday’s game. What do you think?

JP: Sounds like you have a Phase-5 WR Disaster! But you’re not looking at the issue the right way… take a step back and think outside the box. Drop both of these loafers and pick up Donte Stallworth, Ronald Curry and Bernard Berrian, who are probably on your league’s waiver wire. Don’t let that bother you, though, that just means you’re getting a great value that other idiot owners overlooked. First of all, three is better than two. You’re already getting an extra player. Also, instead of looking at past results and consistency to evaluate performance, realize Stallworth, Curry and Berrian are due for a breakout week. Gotta stay ahead of the curve, Derek!
